Order Cancellations
If you complete a purchase on line we cannot accept cancellations for your order as the transaction is processed immediately. Please make your selection carefully. If you are ordering by fax a cancellation can be accepted up to one hour after your fax has been received by us. For orders by post, any cancellations must be received by us via, fax, email or phone prior to the order arriving.
