How to use the Shopping Basket

 

1.

When you click in the shopping pages, it will take you to the checkout section of the shop.

 

 

2.

Click "Continue Shopping" to go back and add more to your basket and it will return you to the shop and any more purchases will be added to your basket.

3.

If you want to change any details of what is in your basket, click "Modify Shopping Basket". In this section you can change the quantity of an item or delete it from your basket.

4.

When you have finished shopping, click  "checkout" to take you to the checkout section and enter your name, address and credit card details.

How to "Check out" without an account

 

1.

Choose: Place order without an Account, This applies if you are making a normal purchase and either have not set up an account previously or do not wish to set up an account. Clicking this will take you straight to the checkout.

How to "Check out" with an account

 

2.

If you have previously set up an account, enter your account name and password and click "Continue" This will take you to the checkout and will remember all your details except your credit card details.

How to set up an account

 

3. If you wish to set up an account click "Create an Account" and this will take you to the checkout and ask you to set an account name and password to store your details (except your credit card) so you don't have to enter them next time you shop. When you return you can login as a customer.

The Checkout is not working Properly

 

For the Online shop to work, your browser will need to be set to enable "Cookies" which are small text files that store information. These are session cookies and the information is not saved to disk on your computer or our server. Session cookies are memory resident only and persist only for the duration of the browser session.

 

If "Cookies" are not enabled in your web browser, such as Internet Explorer, you will get error messages during the checkout process or your basket will appear empty.

 

To fix this you need to set your system to allow cookies.

 

Internet Explorer up to version 5

 

1.

Go to your browser, click on tools and then Internet Options.

 

 

 

2.

In the next panel that appears click on the security tab and select "Custom Level" and scroll down to "Cookies" and click the button next to "Enable"

 

You can leave your computer set like this or enable it for the duration of your shopping and then reset it later.

Internet Explorer up to version 6

 

1.

Go to your browser, click on tools and then Internet Options.

2.

In the next panel that appears click on the "Privacy Tab" and use the slider (as shown below) to select a level that allows cookies (i.e. medium, low or accept all cookies)
