Using the online shop All information supplied during a transaction online, including your credit card details, is sent via a secure server for the purposes of the transaction. No information, including your email address will be passed on to any other party. Your browser will need to be set to enable "Cookies" which are small text files that store information. These are session cookies and the information is not saved to disk on your computer or our server. Session cookies are memory resident only and persist only for the duration of the browser session. To complete a purchase online you must have a valid email address. We will use this address to contact you if needed in regard to your order. The email does not have to be yours but we must be able to contact you using it and if you are not the owner you must have the permission of the owner to use it. If you do not have an email address, please download an order form and fax or post it to us.
Ordering by post or fax You can include your Visa or MasterCard details on the form which can be downloaded from the shop. If you are paying by cheque, please note that we can only accept a bank or personal cheque drawn on a New Zealand bank in NZ$. If paying by personal cheque, goods will be sent once the cheque has been cleared in our bank account.
