BALL INFO

Some basic info for starters...

DISTANCE balls go further and straighter.  They are harder to stop so will run on the green. These balls generally suit a medium to higher handicap player.

SPIN balls create more spin and will turn more left or right when hit to draw or fade. They will stop quicker on the green with backspin. These balls generally suit a low to mid handicap player.

CONTROL balls are a blend between a distance and spin ball, they stop better on the green but won't slice or fade as severely as a spin ball. These suit most golfers.

SOFT balls compress at slower swing speeds giving good distance. Suitable for all golfers but in particular, ladies or senior players.

When putting be aware that balls will respond differently. Hard balls roll further than softer balls. The best thing to do is play consistently with the same ball or type of ball so that you get used to the feel of your ball on the green.

Achieve more consistent golf by playing with the same ball or type of ball. Just using any ball out of your bag can produce very different results, especially on the green.

You can make an informed choice on the right ball for you.......
